AWADHI DAHI ALOO
Ingredients- (Mix Together) -
500 gm Potatoes Boiled, Peeled and Cut
1 cup Dahi, Beaten till Smooth
1 tbsp Nita Mehta Besan
2 Onions- Sliced thinly and fried golden brown (Biryani wale brown onions)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp each – Nita Mehta Haldi, Salt, Lal Mirch, Coriander Powder
¼ cup each - Fresh Mint and Coriander
METHOD -
1. Mix aloo with dahi and keep aside for 30 min.
2. ?Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add khade masala and then 2 onions sliced. Cook till light golden.
3. Add marinated aloo and sauté for 15 min till oil separates.
4. Add enough water to make masala gravy. Add some garam masala and cover simmered for 10 min or till oil separates.
