No need to boil Gatta separately and then add to curry

No need to boil Gatta separately and then add to curry. Make Gatta and flatten pieces slightly and put in boiling curry . Cook them covered in the curry for 10-15 min and they are ready to be on table.

For Gatta Ingredients

1 cup Besan

1 tbsp Oil

1/2 tsp Salt, Nita Mehta Red Chili Powder & Haldi

2 tbsp Dahi

1/4 tsp Mitha Soda

Pinch Ajwain

1 tbsp Nita Mehta Kasoori Methi

Mix all and make a soft dough with 2 -3 tbsp warm water. Keep aside.

Curry Ingredients...

3 tbsp Oil

Pinch Nita Mehta Super Strong Hing

1/2 tsp Nita Mehta Jeera

2 Onions finely chopped

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Paste of 2 tomatoes

Mix Together..

1 cup Dahi

1 tsp Besan

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Nita Mehta Red Chili Powder & Haldi
